BROKERS SECURE RARE MCDONALDS OFF MARKET GROUND LEASE
CHALLENGE:
Family’s financial advisor recommended diversifying a small portion of the family’s assets into real estate and recommended their client speak with the Investment team at Joel & Granot. The family representative wanted little to do with management and maintenance of real estate. Ben Pargman and Davis Vainer met with the family representative and introduced NNN investing and presented a variety of off-market opportunities for consideration.
ACTIONS:
With their first NNN deal under their belt, the family wanted something special. They wanted the golden arches! Off market, sold-gold-plated credit, McDonald’s Ground Leases are not easily found, but Ben called on some long-standing industry relationships to get access to just what the family wanted and would not otherwise be able to find.
RESULT:
Having identified a rare investment opportunity, Ben and Davis guided the investment family through the contract, duediligence, and acquisition steps to a seamless closing. They now benefit from a solid cash flow at a return that meets the objectives of their capital diversification requirement.
